class  oomph::AxisymmetricNavierStokesEquations
 A class for elements that solve the unsteady axisymmetric Navier–Stokes equations in cylindrical polar coordinates, $ x_0^* = r^*$ and $ x_1^* = z^* $ with $ \partial / \partial \theta = 0 $. We're solving for the radial, axial and azimuthal (swirl) velocities, $ u_0^* = u_r^*(r^*,z^*,t^*) = u^*(r^*,z^*,t^*), \ u_1^* = u_z^*(r^*,z^*,t^*) = w^*(r^*,z^*,t^*)$ and $ u_2^* = u_\theta^*(r^*,z^*,t^*) = v^*(r^*,z^*,t^*) $, respectively, and the pressure $ p(r^*,z^*,t^*) $.
