Note: The self-test for the unstructured acoustic fsi problem
is super-sensitive on macs. The solution agrees graphically
(so it's "good enough" for validation purposes) but it's impossible
to set the fpdiff tolerances to something sensible to accommodate this.
Live with the failures...
